Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include:
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Provide us with your order number, details about the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back the returned items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of your returned item. We will notify you when the store credit has been issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theteeplugllc.com.
